Based in Manchester and surrounded by nature we thrive together as a small indie game studio with a passion for emotional, narrative-driven titles. We are an international team looking after each other and working on projects everyone loves. As a team, we have launched two successful games and are working on our second in-house title right now! Right now we are busy working on something new, big & exciting - that’s where you come in! You’ll jump right into our next narrative-based management RPG project as a crucial part of the team.

Focusing on development we are looking for a Programmer as an addition to our studio. This is a Full time permanent role, UK-BASED ONLY. You’ll implement core gameplay mechanics & features to create fun and memorable gaming experiences. You will work alongside our Gameplay Designer, Game Director and a Producer. 

 

As our Programmer, you’ll dive into our existing code and be responsible for implementing various management & gameplay systems, developing designer tools, implementing UI and collaborating with art and design teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Advanced Unity C# knowledge 

• Professional experience in the industry 

• General knowledge of gameplay mechanics in modern video games

• Ability to understand an unfamiliar code base, and effectively debug it

• An independent person working iteratively on features alongside other team members

• Self-motivated individual with great communication and fluent English

 

COOL TO HAVE:​

• Knowledge of the Dialogue System for Unity and LUA code

• A good sense of “game feel” and already familiar with our games

• Experience working on console games

• You already shipped PC/console games before
